elevated xFZGg It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vittoria Di Mambro on April 10, 2020 at the age of 93. She is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband Raffaele Di Mambro. She will be forever missed by her beloved daughter Clara (Tony), grandchildren Sabrina (Pasquale), Alessia (Vincent), Alessandra (Marco) and Matthew (Natalie). She was the very proud Bis-nonna to, Gianluca, Cristian, David, Matteo and Michael.
elevated xFZGg Vittoria’s family was her life and she was an amazing Mother, Nonna, and Bis-nonna. Vittoria will be remembered for her generosity, her cooking and her love of her garden, where she dedicated her time planting flowers and vegetables to keep her husband’s memory alive and she loved getting together with her Sister-in-laws and Brother-in-laws to play a game of cards every week. Her grandchildren will always remember her as a second mother and we will forever miss hearing her stories about her life with Nonno Raffaele.
elevated xFZGg Vittoria’s family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to her Personal Support Worker, Kay, who provided her with the warmest of care and compassion from beginning to end and always had Vittoria laughing or singing.
elevated xFZGg Vittoria will be greatly missed by her family, relatives and many friends. Due to the pandemic a private funeral has been arranged on Monday April 13th. A celebration of Vittoria’s amazing life will be held at a later date once the current social restrictions are lifted. The chapel will be providing a link to those who wish to attend the service virtually on Monday April 13th at 9:00 am.
elevated xFZGg She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten and will live forever in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sick Kids Hospital at www.sickkidsfoundation.com/donate

Dear Clara & Tony, Sabrina & Pat, Alessia & Vince, Alessandra & Marco, and Matthew & Natalie: I am deeply, deeply saddened by the passing of Vittoria yesterday. She was a lovely lady and I had a great affection for her and Zio Raffaele. They were a big part of my life, especially growing up in Willowdale. My father and mother loved their company and we shared many, many occassions and dinners together. I will miss her greatly. I know how much she loved her family, and her garden. Every thing she did, she did with love. I will remember her with great respect and affection. May you find comfort in knowing that many people grieve with you. We cannot be together at this time because of a situation beyond our control but my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
