elevated J0GP8 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wai Kwan Chan, a.k.a Jane, who went home to her Savior Jesus Christ on March 4, 2025 at the age of 78.

elevated J0GP8 She is survived by her husband See Leung Lai; children, Jenifer, Judith, Philip and Janet; grandchildren, Evan, Nathan, Hannah, Brandon, Jasmine, Lake and Theo; and siblings, Alice, Karen, Sylvia and Pui Yin. 

elevated J0GP8 Born in Hong Kong on August 10, 1946, Wai Kwan came to Canada with her husband and children in 1993, and had made it their home since. She especially loved Chinese New Year, when she enjoyed the festivities with her family. She was blessed to experience Chinese New Year one last time, before passing away peacefully at MacKenzie Richmond Hill Hospital.
