elevated 0tom9 Walter Ryan passed away peacefully on January 5th, 2023, surrounded by his loving wife Mafalda, of 69 years, and his adoring children Debbie, Donna, and Walter (Rosemary). He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachel, Michael (Emily), Allandra, and Celina. He will be fondly remembered by many family and friends.

Mrs. Ryan, Deb, Donna, Walter and family. I’m so sorry for your loss. I have such great memories of Mr. Ryan growing up with his big booming voice and even bigger presence. He always made me laugh! He was a lovely person and a good family man and he will be missed.
My deepest condolences to you Muffy and your family on the passing of Duke. He will always be remembered for his quick wit and great sense of humour.

Having Walter as a friend was like having a brother I never had… he was special.
Walter was a true gentleman who bought joy to many lives
Auntie Muffy, Debbie, Donna, Walter and family, We are saddened to hear about uncle Dukes passing. He had a “larger than life” personality and a grounded, straightforward honesty and sense of humour, that will be greatly missed.
I imagine that he is now on the “Celestial 19th Hole”, enjoying a few lobsters, some apple pie (that he made), and a large glass of Scotch.
So very sorry to learn of Duke’s passing. He was such a tremendous friend to my dad and was a wonderful friend to the family. He was like family to all of us as we were growing up. Inis and I wish Muffy, Debbie, Donna and Walter our sincerest condolences.
