elevated TAc6y With broken hearts, we share the passing of our sweet and joyful boy, Zachary Joseph D’Amico, who left this world far too soon at the age of five. Loved beyond measure, Zachary will forever be held close in the hearts of his devoted parents, Lisa and Aldo, and cherished by his adoring older siblings, Theodora and Alexander.
elevated TAc6y A treasured grandson to Franca, Tony, Anna, and Eric, Zachary was also a beloved nephew to Maria (Nicola) and Sabrina (Mauro), and a loving cousin to Vincent, Nicholas, Cassia, and Christa. Though no longer by our side, he will live on forever in our hearts.
elevated TAc6y After a courageous battle with AFM, Zach is now free—running, jumping, and playing, just as he did before and longed to do again. In his final act of bravery, our little superhero gave the gift of life by donating his organs to help other children and families.
elevated TAc6y Zachary’s light, laughter, and love will continue to shine through all who knew him—and in the lives he has now saved.
elevated TAc6y We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming love and support we’ve received. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Hospital for Sick Children or Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
elevated TAc6y To honour Zach’s love for sports, we kindly invite you to wear a sports jersey as we celebrate his beautiful life.
