It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Zelinda (Bertolo) Marconi, who reunited with her beloved husband Mario in Heaven on Wednesday, May 06, 2026, at the age of 88.
elevated L2Ah2 Zelinda was a proud and loving mother to Mike (Paola), and an adored Nonna to Elisa and Tiana. She found great joy in spending time outdoors, especially tending to her flowers, which was her true passion. Strong and resilient, Zelinda maintained her independence until the very end. She will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
elevated L2Ah2 Visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Holy Cross Funeral Home in Richmond Hill.
elevated L2Ah2 Funeral mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Our Lady Queen of the World Catholic Church.
elevated L2Ah2 Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.

I will miss Zelinda very much too, but who will miss her more than me is my mom Pia.
Your mom was a Cara Amica, Paesana with my mom since they came from Italy to Toronto.
They would share everything and support each other to this day.
They were like sisters.
May Zelinda rest in peace and May God comfort her love ones.
