elevated 9nQeV Obituary

elevated 9nQeV It is with great sadness that the family of Alan Kearsey announces his passing.  He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Rose Kearsey, daughters, Katherine, Kimberley (Manuel), Suzanne (Andrea), sons, Jay (Sandra), Jason (Liliana), grandchildren, Ryan, Justin, Isaac, Sebastian and Liam, and numerous other family members and friends.

elevated 9nQeV Alan was the most even-keeled, gentle and patient man many had ever met. Alongside that gentleness were a superb sense of humour and a wonderfully contagious laugh.

elevated 9nQeV He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather.  He worked tirelessly to provide a comfortable home for his family in the city and a beautiful retreat up north.  Alan had an incredible work ethic, retirement was not something he wanted.  He thoroughly enjoyed working alongside his colleagues at CreateTO, Tedco, TPLC on Toronto’s Waterfront Port Lands, and SunLife in his earlier years; he established long-term friendships with many of the people he met through his work.  Alan relished his time up north at the cottage.  He proudly worked on projects throughout the day and joyfully fell into the cool quarry water in the afternoon.  He cherished his time golfing by the cottage at the Western Trent Golf Course.

We are heartbroken that he was taken too early from the things he loved to do and the ones he loved so much.  We will deeply miss the best husband, best dad and best papa anyone could ever have.
