elevated 7S4xz Carmela Spano, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday July 21, 2018. She was 91 years old.

elevated 7S4xz Loving wife of the late Francesco Spano. She leaves her son Joe, spouse Mary, son Mike, spouse Judy. Grandchildren Frank, Carmela, spouse Stelios, Michelle. Great grandchildren Katerina, Vassilios, Joseph.

elevated 7S4xz In her early years she was employed as a dressmaker in the textile and garment industries in the heart of Toronto which is now known as the fashion district. After she retired she became a homemaker,  attended to her lovely flower garden, visited friends and many family gatherings . She loved playing cards (scopa and briscola) with my Dad, family and  friends,  as well as  looking after her young grandchildren.

elevated 7S4xz Carmela lived life  with compassion, empathy , kindness and generosity towards  family and friends.

elevated 7S4xz Heartfelt thanks to the caregivers and staff at Woodbridge Vista Care Community during her remaining years.
