elevated IcA7T Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of David and Robert (Stephanie). Cherished grandfather of Gwendolyn and Ione. Dear brother of Jim. Frank will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends.
We are saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. We are with you in this time of loss even though we are a province away.

I’m so sorry to hear of Frank’s death. He was a long time member of the Naval Club of Toronto as well as a member of Whisker’s dinner group. He will be greatly missed.
